Utility companies served may include: Atmos Energy Poudre Valley REA United Power Xcel Energy Assistance is available once in a 12-month period from October 1st through September 30th. Applicant must: Be a resident of Weld County Be at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) Have a consistent payment history on utility accounts Have applied for LEAP
