Who can use it: Single adults and families must: Maintain an alcohol- and drug-free environment Participate in case management and follow their service plan Not be listed on the sex offender registry Not have any active arrest warrants Be aged 18 and older if applying as a single adult Be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if aged 17 years and younger
