Provides the following supportive services to help stabilize households and/or support those experiencing or at-risk of experiencing homelessness: Referrals to community resources Hotline assistance with problem-solving; information and referrals; and linkages to community resources Crisis assistance, including: Emergency food Hygiene products Clothing 911 cell phones Voicemail phones Access to and assistance with severe weather shelters Services: Economic Self Sufficiency Programs, Specialized Information and Referral
