Homeless Navigation Program

Offers various services and resources to community members in Edgewater and Wheat Ridge who are experiencing homelessness or a housing crisis. Services include: Provision of basic needs items Case management Assistance with public benefit navigation and applications Referrals to other resource providers, including: Mental and physical health Housing application assistance Security deposit and move-in cost assistance Services: Certificates/Forms Assistance, Housing Related Coordinated Entry, Personal/Grooming Supplies
