Severe Weather Activation Program

Provides motel vouchers for people experiencing unsheltered homelessness when winter weather conditions reach 32°F and below when wet or 20°F and below when dry. Activates in the summer when temperatures reach 98°F or above for two consecutive days regardless of precipitation. Also provides case management services to address barriers to permanent housing and re-housing assistance. Services: Extreme Weather Shelters, Homeless Motel Vouchers
