Re-Entry Program

Provides assistance to recently released individuals on parole by offering a variety of services, including: Case management Employment preparation and placement Work clothing and tool assistance Individual mentoring Identification acquisition Transportation assistance Medical benefits acquisition Rental assistance Family reunification and parenting support Education assistance Substance use supports The program is incentive-based and designed to motivate and support individuals reintegrating into the community after incarceration.
