Who can use it

Must be single mothers aged 18 and older who: Have 3 or fewer children aged 0-10 Are homeless, and/or leaving domestic violence with their children Live in the service area Are eligible for TANF, CCAP, and SNAP for a minimum of eighteen months Do not have a recent history of severe behavioral issues, criminal activity, or substance abuse
