- Individuals who are: Primarily homebound Aged 62 years or older Unable to safely shop for or prepare their own meals or have a documented disability preventing meal prep Experiencing difficulty preparing nutritional meals or grocery shopping Residing in the service area Living in a home that is safe and accessible for volunteers
