Who can use it

Available to individuals who meet the following income requirements: Households with an income below 200% for the Federal Poverty Line can apply for free representation (Pro Bono Program) Households with an income below 275% of the Federal Poverty Line can apply for reduced-cost representation (Modest Means Program) Criminal cases and contested probate cases are only eligible for reduced-cost legal representation, not pro-bono.
