Parenting Program for Grandparents or Kin

Provides services to assist grandparents or kin to raise their grandchildren/relatives’ children. These services are provided at no cost and family members are not required to be enrolled in clinical services at SummitStone. Services include, but are not limited to: Educational presentations Emergency aid Monthly support groups Ongoing case management Resource acquisition and allocation Systems navigation Services: Adoption and Foster/Kinship Care Support Groups, Long Term Case/Care Management, Parenting Skills Classes
