Counseling services include: Mortgage delinquency and default resolution Pre-purchase homeownership Rental housing Reverse mortgage Also offers workshops that may include: Financial budgeting and credit Non-delinquency post-purchase homeownership Pre-purchase homebuyer education Services: Credit Counseling, HUD Approved Counseling Agencies, Homebuyer/Home Purchase Counseling, Mortgage Delinquency and Default Counseling, Specialized Information and Referral
