Provides six month mentoring program to support families experiencing homelessness. Program assists families to find housing and develop realistic workable budgets. Services: Housing Search Assistance, Mentoring Programs, Personal Financial Counseling, Transitional Case/Care Management

Who can use it: Individuals must: Have a child aged 18 and younger or be in their 3rd trimester of their pregnancy Be employed or receive regular income, such as SSI or disability Be free of felony charges in past 12 months Be able to pass drug screening Be experiencing homelessness or one of the following: Couch-surfing Facing eviction Living on the streets, shelter, or emergency housing program
