Family Meeting Program

Provides a supportive and non-judgmental space for families to engage in facilitated discussions. Uses a collaborative, multi-agency approach to help families explore challenges, recognize strengths, and actively participate in developing solutions. Meetings are evidence-based and family-centered. Services: Case/Care Management, Family Counseling Agencies, Family Life Education, Patient/Family Support Services
