Provides utility bill assistance through Energy Outreach Colorado funding. Households may receive assistance once per program year, October 1 through September 30. Assists with: Gas Electric Propane Coal Firewood Oil or pellets Services: Electric Service Payment Assistance, Gas Service Payment Assistance, Heating Fuel Payment Assistance

Who can use it

Applicants must: Reside in the service area Be aged 18 and older Have a household income at or below 80% AMI Have a past due balance on their account Not have received EOC assistance within the current program year
