Who can use it

Applicants must: Have legal custody of a child or be pregnant Be a Colorado resident Be a US citizen Have a household income of less than $75,000/year Be actively employed through one of the following eligible ways: Full-time employment Part-time employment Community service Education programs Job skills training program Job readiness program Job search Applicants aged 18 or younger must attend high school or a GED program, and live with their parents or another approved adult.
