Who can use it: Applicants must: Be pregnant or the parent/guardian of a dependent child in the household Be a resident of Colorado Meet one of the following criteria: Be a U.S. citizen Be a lawful permanent resident Be a legal alien Be a refugee residing in the U.S. Have a household income below $75,000 per year Participate in a work-related activity, such as: Full-time employment Part-time employment Community service Education programs Job skills training Job readiness programs Job search
