Who can use it

Individuals must: Be residents of the service area Have a household income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) Not have received rent assistance through any organization in the last 12 months Not be behind on payments by more than 3 months Be able to cover the remainder of their balance if needed Be able to maintain stability moving forward
