Offers emergency utility assistance. The level of assistance will be provided on a case-by-case basis based on the client's unforeseen financial loss. Who can use it

Applicants must: Be aged 18 and older Reside in the service area Have a household income that is at or below 80% of the Area Median Income level Have a past-due utility account Have fallen behind on payments due to a financial reason that was unforeseen or outside of their control
