Provides energy bill assistance to those in need through funding provided by Energy Outreach Colorado. Energy assistance is available for up to two providers, once per season (October 1st - September 30th) providing funding is available. Services: Electric Service Payment Assistance, Gas Service Payment Assistance, Heating Fuel Payment Assistance

Who can use it

Individuals and families must be at or below 80 % of the Area Median Income and have a past due energy bill or a pending disconnect notice.
