Utility Assistance (EOC)

The emergency heat bill assistance program offers one-time annual support for individuals and families. It provides financial aid for: Combined gas and electric • Electric heat • Propane • Oil • Coal • Natural gas • Solid fuel pellets • Firewood Water and sewer costs are not eligible. Services: Heating Fuel Payment Assistance
