Offers a program that facilitates reentry for individuals discharged from prison. Services include: Employment preparation and placement Work clothing and tool assistance Individual mentoring Help with obtaining identification (driver's licenses and birth certificates) Vocational training cost assistance Case management Limited education assistance Services: Ex-Offender Reentry Programs

Who can use it: Must be individuals released from Colorado Department of Corrections facilities. Participants will need to apply to this program within one year from their release date.
