Individual Placement and Support (IPS)

Provides supported employment services for individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders. Uses the evidence-based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model to help individuals find and maintain competitive, integrated employment. Services include career planning, job development, job coaching, benefits counseling, and coordination with behavioral health treatment. Focuses on placing participants in meaningful jobs quickly based on their preferences and goals, while supporting employers with reliable and motivated candidates. Services: Employment Preparation, Job Finding Assistance, Job Search/Placement, Life Skills Education, Supported Employment
