Job Readiness Program
Provides online employment support to help job seekers overcome barriers and work toward stable employment. Services may include: Employment coaching and job search support Resume development Interview preparation and practice interviews Networking and job search strategies Professional development and workplace skills training Specialized coaching for individuals with a justice-involved background Peer support through live virtual coaching sessions Participants work with an employment coach who provides guidance, accountability, and support throughout the job search process.
