Provides long-term support services for at-risk children and youth. Services include: Assessment by a therapist to determine if the child or family needs help Mental health provider for parents and children Student tutoring Grade and attendance monitoring Volunteer mentoring Job shadowing and skill building Parent partners support Scholarship assistance for youth activities Family resource partnership, including: Appliances Rental payment assistance Transportation Services: Adolescent/Youth Counseling, Community Mental Health Agencies, Mentoring Programs, Tutoring Services
