Provides comprehensive resource navigation for any veteran, regardless of time in service or discharge status. Accepts referrals from divisions within Denver Human Services and community partners. Service include: Onsite Veteran Services Officers (VSO) to assist with obtaining Veteran Administration benefits Help with researching and navigating the public benefits process for DHS programs and services Coaching on how to navigate community resources and programs independently Navigation of mental health services Fee waivers (basic Colorado state identification and Colorado birth certificate) Services: Specialized Information and Referral, Veteran Benefits Assistance, Veteran Employment Programs
