Who can use it

Individuals must: Have served on active duty in the US armed forces and have been honorably discharged Have sustained a service connected disability rated by the VA as 100% permanent and total Occupy the property as the primary residence and must have done so since January 1st of the year of application Own the property and must have been an owner of record since January 1st of the year of application
